We will be happy to refund your money for your purchase for UNUSED, UNWORN and NON-DAMAGED jewelry pieces minus the cost of shipping. Your money (less the delivery fee) will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the item. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the return delivery and need to be sent back via USPS with tracking. All returns must be postmarked within 21 days from the date of the orders delivery date. We will not process refunds for any orders received after this date. Returns worth $100 or more need to be sent back with insurance. 
We do not accept returns for custom jewelry, bridesmaid orders, or earrings due to sanitary issues. 
All clearance sale items and Black Friday Weekend Doorbusters are final sale and cannot be returned. 
We do not accept cancellations for orders after 24 hours from when the order was placed.
