RETURN POLICY  

At Wander and Lust Jewelry, we’re committed to making sure you absolutely love your pieces. If your purchase isn’t quite what you had in mind, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!

Return Windows

You are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. We kindly ask because our bridal jewelry is handmade in small batches, we ask that our brides order thoughtfully to ensure availability for all customers.

Custom Jewelry: All custom made to order pieces such as items from our personalized collection are not eligible for a refund or exchange. All custom jewelry is final sale. 

Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging (gift box/bag).

  • Clearance items, final sale items, personalized, and custom items are not eligible.

  • All returns must be initiated within the stated window and received at our studio no later than 21 days after delivery. Returns received past this timeframe will not be accepted.

  • Shipping labels initiated through our Returns Portal expire after 21 days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at support@wanderandlustjewelry.com right away and we’ll take care of you.

Free Gifts with Purchase
If a return brings your order below the threshold required to qualify for a free gift, you’ll need to include the gift in your return. If it is not returned, the value of the gift (up to $35) will be deducted from your refund or credit.

CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE

All clearance/final sale/custom/personalized items are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for exchange, refund or additional discounts (unless otherwise stated).

We do not accept cancellations for orders after 24 hours from when the order was placed.

BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAY SALE WEEKEND

If you made a purchase and received a free gift with purchase (mystery item, jewelry case, jewelry item of choice, jewelry dish), and you are returning your items, you will be expected to send back the free gift if it brings you below the threshold needed to receive the free gift. If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to subtract the value of the free gift from your return or exchange (value up to $35). 

All free gifts are limited quantity and subject to selling out. 

If you receive a free gift card, and you return your items bringing your purchase value below the threshold for the free gift card, we reserve the right to bring the gift card value to zero.
