RETURN POLICY  
We always strive for the highest level of customer service and quality for our jewelry! If your purchase isn't exactly what you we're looking for, don't worry, we've got you covered!
You can return for a refund, exchange for another item/style/color, or receive store credit for your unused and unworn item(s) within 14 days from the date your package was marked delivered. All returns/exchanges must be initiated within this 14 day window. After this window has passed, no returns/exchanges will be processed. 
Upon delivery, if an item arrives damaged or is defected, we will take care of you. Please contact us at support@wanderandlustjewelry.com.

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package for store credit or an exchange. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid free label through our returns portal. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of check out, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return delivery. For ease, return labels can be processed through our returns portal. All buyers wishing to return their item(s) for a refund are responsible for the cost of the return delivery. 

To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, with no signs of damage (unless damage is upon delivery). Returns must be packaged with their original packaging (gift box/bag). Clearance items, final sale items, personalized items, and custom items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days after the delivery date. All items MUST be received at our offices within 21 days from delivery in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If they are received after this date, a refund will not be given and items will be sent back to the customer. Unshipped shipping labels initiated through our Returns Portal will expire after 21 days from the date of initiation, and returns/exchanges will no longer be eligible.

CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE
All clearance/final sale/custom/personalized items are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for exchange, refund or additional discounts (unless otherwise stated). 

Re:do Free Unlimited Return for Store Credit or Exchanges Program is not applicable to the above listed items even if purchased with other items. Once you have checked out with Re:do please note, the $1.98 protection is NOT refundable.

We do not accept cancellations for orders after 24 hours from when the order was placed.
