Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
We hand make each piece of jewelry to order to depends on your order size. However, most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. Personalized jewelry takes 5-7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it by clicking here. You will get an email once your order has been shipped with all your tracking information as well. We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority or Express.
We pride ourself on our gift-worthy packaging! Your order will come gift-boxed or gift-bagged depending on your order. If you order multiple items in one order, and would like each item packaged in their own boxes/bags, please let us know by writing a note at checkout.

We offer a 14 day full refund policy (with the exception of custom/final sale/personalized pieces). Just initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your package to start your refund or exchange. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details on our policy.
Yes, of course! For U.S. customers we offer Priority (2-3 days shipping time) and Express (1-2 days shipping time) upgrades at checkout to ensure your package is delivered in time for your event! For international customers, we offer DHL Worldwide Express at checkout.
Yes! We offer refunds to your original payment, store credit or exchanges. For more information on Returns, please visit our Return Policy Page.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first, as they may have received it on your behalf. Additionally, confirm the shipping address provided during checkout. If you still can't locate the package, please contact us, and we'll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
We strive to process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours from placing your order). If your order hasn’t started production or hasn't been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order is in production or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. At this point, once the package has been received you are able to process a return or exchange through our Returns Portal.
All orders are shipped from Orlando, FL. U.S. customers can choose USPS Ground Advantage for economy shipping (3-5 business days), with most packages being delivered directly to your mailbox. To keep things simple, we only send receipts via email, so pricing details are never included in the packaging. At checkout, you can also opt for Priority Mail or Express Mail for faster delivery.
For our international customers, we offer DHL eCommerce shipping, with DHL Express Worldwide available for quicker delivery options at checkout

Keep your jewelry dry. Apply makeup and hairspray before putting on your jewelry. Always take off your jewelry before showering, swimming or if you know you will be sweating a lot. After each wear, gently wipe each piece of jewelry clean of make up and skin oils with a jewelry polishing cloth. The best way to store your jewelry is in air-tight plastic baggies. Never keep your jewelry in the bathroom as humidity is the enemy. The rule of thumb is: always last on, first off.
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on all of our jewelry. This warranty covers any craftsmanship defects and ensures that your piece remains as beautiful as the day you received it. If you encounter any issues with the workmanship during this period, we’ll gladly repair or replace your jewelry free of charge. For more details, visit our Jewelry Warranty page.
Yes, we may be able to do this depending on the design. Please email us here to ask about chain length options and we will be more than happy to assist you with that.
We always recommend measuring prior to purchasing to get the best fit! To measure at home, use a string to see where you want the necklace to lay, and then measure that string to find out the exact length you need. You could also measure a necklace you already have and like the length of to give you an idea of your perfect length as well.
Everyone's neck size varies, so measuring is the best way to know for sure before making your purchase. You can also purchase a chain extender to add length to your necklace or bracelet, so you can wear them at multiple lengths. Click here to add to cart.
Yes, we can work with you if you see something you like, and want to exchange out the color, size, shape or even create an entirely new jewelry piece! We love creating new items with our customers' input. Email us here to request a custom order.
Most of our jewelry is handcrafted in our studio located in Central Florida by our small team of women jewelry makers! We also utilize assistance with making some of our products overseas as our jewelry brand grows to meet demand.
Fair pricing means we price our jewelry at the fairest price possible to appeal to the "everyday" jewelry wearer. Because of this, we are able to hand make most of our jewelry in house and sell it direct to consumer. Most jewelry brands mark up their products extremely high in order to sell to big box stores while keeping their quality low. We produce high-quality jewelry without the extreme markup. It's a win-win to shop with a small business!
To maintain the beauty of our 14k gold fill, thick 18-karat gold plating, or sterling silver jewelry, we recommend removing your pieces before showering, swimming or exercising. Chemicals in soaps, chlorine, and saltwater can cause damage over time.
