I bought the Hannah pearl necklace and Evelyn Teardrop earrings for my bridal set. The customer service was PHENOMINAL, I sent them emails asking opinions on what to pick. The service was patient and more than happy to help.

When I purchased the set there was a "spend $100 get a free necklace" deal. For my gift I recieve the "Face the Sun" necklace and it is absolutely stunning! I thought it was a very generous gift for the deal.

I didn’t realise when ordering that the company was based in Florida. Fortunately the earrings came well packaged. The stem of the earring is much thicker than my usual pairs so quite uncomfortable to wear once in the ear. As the store is so far away ( I’m in the UK) I can’t resolve the situation easily and need them for a wedding.

The website was easy to navigate, the product photos were beautiful and accurate, and the ordering process was seamless. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of the items when they arrived. Everything was packaged with care, making the unboxing experience feel truly special.

I originally ordered the Ever After Blue bridal necklace along with a matching bracelet. After waiting a few weeks, I reached out to customer service because I needed the jewelry by a specific date. They let me know the bracelet was on backorder, so I went ahead and canceled that portion of my order (especially since my family had already gifted me something very similar). They were kind enough to expedite the shipping for the necklace, which I truly appreciated—because it ended up arriving just one hour before my bridal portraits!

The packaging was beautiful and felt very intentional. The necklace itself is stunning and feels durable. The only thing I want to note is that the stone looks a bit different in person than I originally expected. I thought it would be a smooth, polished blue gem, but it actually has more of a natural stone look with a glossy, almost “clear coat” finish over it. Up close, it can look slightly textured or “shattered” underneath. Looking back at the product photos, I can see that detail now—I just initially assumed it was glare.

That said, it’s not a negative—just something to be aware of depending on your preference. Overall, the necklace is beautiful, and the customer service was excellent. I’m very happy with how everything turned out!

The flower was larger than expected—bigger than a quarter—and parts of the chain were stiff, as if the links weren’t fully separate. Additionally, the return shipping cost is nearly half the price of the item. Overall, I’m unhappy with the product and very disappointed with the return process.

I was a little disappointed with my Mystery Bag. I received 2 pair of earrings that looked they had been originally sold as a set. I kind of consider that 1 item. That being said, the earrings are pretty and I will be gifting them to my daughter.

Great company. I have noticed on one of my bracelets a circle connecter has already turned silver after a month which sucks cause im good about not getting it wet and keeping it protected. Other than that everything is holding up nice.
