GOLD-/ROSÉGOLDRINGE -
Die Ringfassung besteht aus einer dicken Schicht 14-karätigen Golds oder Roségolds über 925er Sterlingsilber. Vermeil ist eine viel dickere Goldschicht als die meisten plattierten Schmuckstücke auf dem Markt, die den Stücken ihre langanhaltende Farbe und ihren Glanz verleiht. Damit ein Stück als Vermeil gilt, muss das Gold mindestens 10 Karat und 1,5 Mikrometer dick sein. Wir verwenden 14-karätiges Gold mit einer Goldschichtdicke von 3 Mikrometern über 925er Sterlingsilber.
SILBERRINGE -
Unsere Sterlingsilber-Ringfassungen bestehen aus 925er Sterlingsilber mit einer Schicht Rhodium zum Schutz. 925er Sterlingsilber ist eine Edelmetalllegierung aus 92,5 % reinem Silber und 7,5 % Kupfer. Wir beschichten unseren Silberschmuck mit Rhodium, was ihm zusätzlichen Glanz und Haltbarkeit verleiht. Rhodium ist aufgrund seiner Seltenheit eines der teuersten Edelmetalle.
