Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.

It's slightly looser than I would have liked. I got the 14", but I would have gotten the 13" if I had seen that there are some extra chain loops for extension. Oops :( It works though, and the piece itself is really pretty and delicate. I paired it with the new mama moonstone necklace. Love it! Can't wait to add a third piece!
